Here's what some of our clients say about us:
I found Ali’s coaching really valuable and it helped me gain offers for Industrial Placements from 3 companies. We had one face to face session focused on the types of placements I was looking for and how I’d be assessed. We then discussed how to use my examples to demonstrate the skills and qualities required for the role and I practiced answering some typical interview questions. The advice Ali gave me about being detailed in my responses proved really useful in bringing my answers to life and interviews went well. I was asked to attend assessment centres with 3 different companies. The second session was on Skype and Ali gave me lots of hints and tips on how to perform well in these. I was delighted to be offered all three jobs! Isabel, Epsom
I had two coaching sessions with Ali to prepare for a few job interviews. During the first session we focused on the types of roles I was applying for and the necessary skills and qualities that I’d need to demonstrate. We discussed multiple possible examples I could use to show different skills, and worked through which were the stronger examples and scenarios. Ali was patient and encouraging when it was tough to think of suitable examples, and was able to provide pointers to draw out relevant examples. Ali took the time to breakdown each example and discussed how to frame so it would best show off the required skill.
The second session was a practice telephone interview which gave me real live experience of providing detailed answers to a variety of competency and strength based questions. It allowed me to practice the examples discussed in the first session but also tested me on the different ways interviewers may structure questions. This meant I had to think on my feet to come up with answers and adapt to the situation.
Ali also gave me hints and tips on how to perform well in an assessment centre and how to best promote myself. Ali spent time giving really constructive feedback on my performance and also praised the areas I answered well which helped to build my confidence. After the sessions I felt well prepared with a wealth of strong and refined examples for the real interview. I was delighted to be offered the job and would highly recommend Ali’s coaching to anyone wanting to nail their interviews or assessment centers by preparing with a professional, supportive coach. Ali agreed to coach me in preparation for an interview and assessment day for a post-A level apprenticeship role with a major employer.
She was massively helpful and informative giving me an understanding of what I might be asked at interview and how to perform best. Ali was friendly, constructive and experienced and as a result of her coaching, I was more confident going into day and in knowing what to expect from group tasks and mathematics tests too.
She also set tasks and research for me to complete in my own time so I was more informed about the role and the business. I got the job, so many thanks!

Ali came highly recommended to me by a colleague. I hadn’t done an interview for years and she really helped me to overcome my fear of the whole process. She used the job description I sent her to generate a list of interview questions that I might be asked. We then had a session to discuss my examples and Ali gave me really detailed and constructive feedback on the style of my answers which did wonders for my confidence. Following this, we did a practice interview where she coached me to answer the questions accurately and to speak confidently. I was delighted to get through to the second stage of the process which was a scenario based interview and presentation. There was very little notice of this interview, so Ali quickly found a convenient time for me to prepare with a practice scenario based interview. I’d recommend Ali to anyone who wants to prepare thoroughly for an interview. It boosted my confidence to go into the interviews and definitely helped to get me the job!

My last interview was over 15 years ago so when I found myself in a redundancy situation having to reapply for my job I started to panic. I was informed the interview would be competency based questions. Interview styles have changed so much over the years.
A friend recommended Ali so I gave her the job description. With this she was able to compile a whole range of competency based questions that were specific to the job I was applying for. I had two sessions. The first was going over the questions and thinking about suitable answers. The second session was a mock interview. The interview training was fantastic and it gave me the knowledge, guidance and confidence I was lacking. I got the job!

"I approached Ali for some interview coaching for a new role. Ali’s approach was friendly and professional; she gave honest constructive feedback and guidance on how to best approach the interview, while providing an opportunity to practise and improve my skills. The session with Ali built my confidence and allowed me to get a feel of a proper interview scenario. It also encouraged me to think about examples I might use in a competency-based interview situation. I got the job!"

"Ali helped me prepare for my challenging university medicine interviews. With distance being an issue, she conveniently set up a number of Skype interviews to help me practise not only my communication skills and interview techniques, but also to boost my confidence through performing professional mock interviews. Ali gave really useful, constructive feedback that made a huge difference to my performance on interview days. The Skype interviews were invaluable to me as we went over varied styles of interviews and common questions/scenarios from a traditional interview style to Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs). I felt fully prepared for my assessment days and received 3 offers! I would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to become more prepared and confident in interviews or brush up on their presentation and communication skills."
