"Due to urgent client needs, we needed to quickly recruit a large number of experienced people into our data analytics team. Our small pool of experienced and trained interviewers lacked the time to interview the number of candidates required. Ali, who had been recommended to me by a colleague, ran a number of small group training sessions. These included a practice interview for all attendees to ensure they would make competent interviewers. As a result my team of 20 new recruiters conducted professional, competency based interviews and we able to recruit to the level and at the speed required to meet our growing business area." She brings quality, knowledge and expertise and understands our business needs. She has also helped us recruit for our graduate and school leaver programmes for many years, providing a reliable and flexible interviewing and assessing service!"
